Urban Zen Movement studio offers a collective of talented instructors who are passionate and talented in their own area of exercise. Our broad range of classes means that there is something to suit everyone no matter what your body needs at that moment in time. Gone are the days of mindless exercise, moving should be enjoyable and leave you feeling great.

Classes to build strength, classes to make you sweat, classes to improve your posture. From dance to Kettle bells, classical Pilates to bum-shaping workouts, our classes are as varied as they are effective so if you don’t enjoy a class please don’t let it stop you from trying another.

No joining fee, no monthly membership just simple online booking to suit you.

Booking is easily done through our online booking schedule below. Once you create a login you will be able to book and pay for as many classes as you wish. As long as you cancel at least 48 hours before the class time then you’re welcome to change your booking without any cost to yourself.
