Helen Grace Fields
My background includes a long career in healthcare. I worked as a theatre nurse, seeing life and death situations on a regular basis, and completed an MSc in Advanced Surgical Care.
Over the years, I developed an interest in how people could be helped holistically, going on to have 25 years’ experience in delivering complementary therapies and personal development training.
I’ve worked in Iran and Zimbabwe, and lived in Switzerland and Cyprus, before returning to settle in South Wales in 2015.
I talk to groups about my story, my background in nursing and complementary therapies, my travels, and what I’ve learned along the way, and train individuals and groups in practical techniques promoting self-discovery, relaxation, and creativity.
I’m also passionate about sharing my experience as a companion for those at the end of their lives and their loved ones.
I offer training in life skills and non-medical, holistic end-of-life companionship.
Find your stepping stones to a clearer future
Change is a fast-flowing river.
We all need a sure footing on the stepping stones we use to cross it.
All too often, though, we stand on the river bank – too afraid of slipping to start our journey.
Our fear leaves us stuck.
What we need is a guide who helps us to discover more of who we are.
I encourage those who work with me to give themselves permission to work on themselves – their lives and their dreams.
My work as a life guide involves:
• Exploration, learning, and understanding.
• Self-enquiry and healing.
• Creative time – including journal writing, walks, day dreaming, and movement.
My programme involves one-to-one sessions, group online training, and live events.
I’ll show you the stepping stones you need and you’ll work on a programme which is tailored just for you.
I’ll also give you practical tools to help you on your way.
Are you sleepwalking through life? I’ll help you wake up to a clear, new day.
Let’s start the conversation about the guidance you need…
I know the way because I have been where you are.
My life’s path has gone from boarding school, to business collapse, divorce, and the death of my son.
Yet I am full of life, motivated, passionate, and grateful.
My mission is to share the tools you’ll need and to remind you how amazing you are. Come on the journey to yourself. Let it begin with you.

Kathryn trained as a Reflexologist in 2007 and for the past 8 years has been giving reflexology to a wide variety of clients, specialising in fertility, pregnancy and postnatal reflexology. Holistic / Deep Tissue Massage
Holistic Massage is an individual treatment specifically tailored to each client. The holistic approach aims to restore balance within the body taking into account the whole being. Kathryn uses a wide range of massage techniques from subtle energy work to deep tissue methods. Massage speeds up the natural healing processes, calming the mind and settling emotions. Every treatment is unique.
Pregnancy / Postnatal Massage
Massage can bring comfort, support and a wonderful sense of nurturing. It relaxes the mind and body, relieving muscular tension and promoting wellbeing. Massage can help after the birth too. As well as giving you some precious time to look after yourself, massage promotes muscle healing and can help to ease out tensions from holding and caring for your baby.
Reflexology activates the healing power of the whole body by applying pressure to different points of the feet. When an imbalance or dis-ease occurs in the body, the corresponding energy channels become blocked. Reflexology is applied to release these blockages. Reflexology is wonderfully relaxing.
Fertility / Pregnancy / Postnatal Reflexology
Reflexology can assist clients in becoming pregnant by helping to create a balanced internal environment in the body, it can help with pregnancy related discomforts and conditions and can prepare the body for a natural labour. After the birth of your baby reflexology can help to rebalance hormones.

Eve graduated from the University of Lincoln in 2011 with a first class honours degree in Traditional Chinese Acupuncture and is a member of the British Acupuncture Council (BAcC). She has 15 years’ experience as a holistic therapist including reflexology, aromatherapy and massage. She has also travelled extensively in India and Thailand studying yoga and meditation and has a daily meditation and yoga practice. She first became interested in complementary therapies after suffering with M.E. for many years; it was acupuncture that truly enabled a full return to health and this is what sparked her passion for it.
According to the principles of Chinese Medicine, when the energy (Qi) in your body is free flowing, abundant, and in balance you feel healthy and vital, when there is a blockage or an imbalance of any kind, you may have signs and symptoms of dis-ease. Traditional Chinese Acupuncture is aimed at bringing the mind, body and spirit back into balance.
A full assessment allows the practitioner to identify where and what the imbalances are and how to treat them. Acupuncture uses fine needles placed into specific points in your body to initiate your body's own healing response and rebalance your body. This means that there are no negative side effects as are so often associated with modern medicine. Other methods are also used such as tunia massage, exercises, meditation and diet.
Acupuncture needles are extremely fine and painless; the treatment is deeply relaxing and often brings a feeling of calmness and well-being. It can be beneficial for many different concerns, from anxiety to migraines, infertility to chronic pain. To find out how acupuncture can help you call now for a free consultation or to book an appointment.

Kendra made her way from NYC to Cross Hands via London and a Swansea boy. After graduating from Cornell University with a degree in Human Development, and spending 10 years building a promising Human Resources career at Tiffany & Co., she realized something was missing.
During those 10 years she also experienced and overcame an eating disorder, and as part of her recovery, it became clear that following her passions and cultivating her interests was the next phase of the healing process. So she left the London life to fulfill her dreams. To start with this looked like backpacking through Australia, New Zealand, South-east Asia and Western USA, for a year with her man.
For the past two years, Kendra has continued pursuing her dreams of helping individuals believe in their self-worth. She coaches clients 1-2-1 and has developed group programs that work through the core issues underlying disordered eating and body image issues. She’s found that the healing occurs when we connect back to our truest selves and embrace all that we are.
She provides a customized one-on-one coaching service that guides you through:
-Recognizing how judgement and assumptions impact your sense of self
-Moving past fears of rejection and failure
-Removing the shame stories about who you are
-Becoming comfortable with uncertainty in life
-Easily having conversations that at first glance seem difficult
-Appreciating your body for whatever shape and size it is
-Choosing foods that nourish you and bring you enjoyment
Love Food Love Life Workshops
Kendra also hosts group workshops that use relationship to food and body as a starting point to explore who you are. Workshops begin Sunday, February 21st and are free to join during February.
Topics covered include:
-Replacing judgement with gratitude
-Valuing self and raising self-esteem
-Surrendering and letting go of control
